• COLESLAW WITH FRENCH DRESSING •
Good things happen unexpectedly and the best gatherings are made with random guests. In order to present yourselfs well and offer a classic and the same time original fresh salad, we present you an easy recipe that you can see here.
NECESSARY PRODUCTS:
• fresh salad “Cabbage with carrots” 0.400kg. brand Apetito;
• 1 tomato;
• 1/2 cucumber;
• 1 onion;
• 50gr. raisins;
FOR THE DRESSING:
• 2 cloves of garlic;
• 2 teaspoon mustard;
• 2 tbsp. freshly drained lemon juice;
• 4 tbsp. olive oil;
• 1 tsp salt;
METHOD OF PREPARATION
Pour the fresh salad into a deep bowl so that there is enough room for confusion. Mix all the ingredients for the dressing in a container with a screw on lid and snake very well until a homogeneous mixture is formed. After you have mixed the vegetables well, decorate the top with the raisins and pour the dressing over. Garnish with mint or peppermint leaves. There is also an option for those who like a thicker taste. You can also add mayonnaise to the dressing. In this case you can use a chopper or blender for the whipping.
