NESSESARY PRODUCTS
• about 20-25 pcs. pancakes;
• russian salad “APETITO”;
ABOUT THE DECORATION
• 4 pcs. boiled eggs;
• olives;
• 1 piece. small canned corn;
• pieces of sliced ham;
FOR CREAM:
• strained yogurt – 150 g;
• cream cheese – 150 g;
• melted cheese – 150g;
FOR THE PANCAKES:
• eggs – 4 pcs .;
• fresh milk – 1 liter;
• flour – 400g;
• baking soda – 1/2 piece. and salt of choice;
METHOD OF PREPARATION:
First we prepare the pancakes. In a bowl, beat the eggs, then add the milk and mix well. Gradually add the flour and mix until smooth. Add soda and salt and stir again. Bake pancakes from the mixture in a medium pan, heated to medium temperature. We should mix all the ingredients for the cream and mix well. We put it in the refrigerator to cool. We take a cake ring and start arranging the layers of the cake. We put the first pancake in the ring and spread it with the Russian salad. Next is the second pancake, which we spread with the already cooled cream and so alternate until the pancakes are finished. Spread the latter with cream, grate the boiled eggs on top, sprinkle with corn and decorate with pieces of ham and olives. The finished cake is left to stand in the refrigerator for at least 3 hours, so that it hardens well and the aroma of the filling is well absorbed in the pancake trays.
