• 100g. baby spinach;
• 400g. fresh salad “Red beets with carrots” Apetite;
For the dressing:
• 80ml. of olive oil;
• 50gr. fresh ginger;
• 1soup. lie. lemon juice;
• 1soup. honey;
• 1 teaspoon lie. mustard;
• salt to taste;
METHOD OF PREPARATION::
Grate the turnips into wide strips. Baby spinach is cleaned from the stalks and torn into larger pieces. Mix and mix very well with the fresh salad “Red beets with carrots” from “Appetite”. Peel a squash, grate it and squeeze the juice. Mix with dressing products.
