• AUTUMN HUMOUS •

Autumn is knocking at the door, the days are getting shorter and the time spent at home is getting longer. The evenings of home comfort are coming and delicious meals with loved ones are coming. But even in the cold months we can eat healthier and avoid heavy and fatty foods. We offer you an idea for a universal and healthy meal that is filling and very useful. NECESSARY PRODUCTS

• “Pepper salad with garlic” 0.350kg., brand Apetito;

• two cups of cooked chickpeas;

• 3tbsp. sesame tahini;

• 1tbsp. ground cumin;

• 1tsp. sweet ground red pepper;

• 1/2 tsp. Himalayan salt;

• juice of the lemon;

METHOD OF PREPARATION

Mix all the ingredients in the food processor and blend untils a homogeneous paste is obtained. Before that squeeze the peppers well from the marinade. Keep it. If you need to dilute the mixture after blending, you can use it. Season further with Himalayan salt, black pepper and lemon juice. You can store the finished hummus in a tightly closed box in the refrigerator for about 4-5 days.
