• CRISPY ROLLS OF ZUCCHINI WITH SNOW SALAD •
The sun is shining brighter and we nead something lighter and healthier to eat. We offer you a recipe with which you can prepare a universal dish suitable for hors d‘oeuvres, salad or main course. You can read the recipe for spring rolls here.
NECESSARY PRODUCTS:
• snow white salad “Ápetito” 0.350кг.
• three medium – sized zucchini;
• salt, fresh dill;
• fresh garlic /quantity of choice/;
METHOD OF PREPARATION:
Cut the zucchini into slices with a potato peeler. That is why it is good for zucchini to have the right, straight shape so you can form nice ribbons. After we cut the zucchini rub them with salt and leave for about half an hour to let of excess water. Grease a grill pan with olive oil /may be oil/ and heat it well. Dry the strips of zucchini with kitchen paper and put them to grill in the pan. Once they get a nice, golden tan, take them out and leave to cool. During this time we mash the garlic and dill / for those who do not like maybe without/. Then we take each strip and spread it well with snow white salad. Roll up and sprinkle with garlic and dill.
