HOW TO MAKE A SMOOTHIE

• make sure you have a reliable blender that will grind the nuts well without overheating and leaving no chunks;

• choose the desired ingredients acording to your needs and preferences and let there be a variety of colors, tastes and textures;

• after washing and preparing the products put every thing together in the blender and blend until you get a smooth mixture with an even consistency;

• serve in your favorite dish and enjoy the refreshing and healthy taste.

CARROT AND GINGER SMOOTHIE

carrot juice 250ml;

• tomatoes – 4 peeled and without seeds;

• lemon juice – 1 tbsp;

• parsley – 25g. fresh;

• ginger – 1tbsp. freshly grated;

• ice – 6 cubes crushed;

• water – 125ml.;

First, you beat the juice from the carrots, tomatoes and lemon juice. Then you add parsley, ginger and ice. Beat well and finally add the water. Consumed immediately.

CUCUMBER AND TOMATO SMOOTHIE

• 1 cucumber;

• 1 red tomato;

• 2 cups of water;

• 3 tablespoons on honey;

Wash the vegetables well and cut them into very small pieces. They are added to the blender along with the other ingredients. Beat until a smooth mixture is obtained.

CHIA AND BEETROOT SMOOTHIE

chia – 2-3 tablespoons;

• beetroot – 1/2 piece;

• apple – 1 piece;

• carrot – 1 piece;

• honey – 2 table spoons;

• water – about 2 cups;

First put the beetroot, carrot and apple in the blender. Add honey and a little water – to reach half of the vegetables. Grind to a smooth puree and add water. Until the desired thickness is obtained. Put the chia seeds – they need about 15 minutes to swell and the smoothie is ready for consumption.
