•LENTIL MEATBALLS WITH GARLIC SAUCE•
NECESSARY PRODUCTS:
• garlic sauce “Апетито”;
• lens – 250g.;
• eggs – 2pcs.;
• salt;
• flour;
• breadcrumbs;
• pepper;
• paprika;
• savory;
METHOD OF PREPARATION
Lentils are boiled until fully cooked. It drains very well from the water. Mash the lentils, eggs and spices. It is important that the lentils are well chilled. Add flour until a thick mixture is formed. Put the mixture in the refrigerator until it hardens. Grease your hands well and form meatballs. Roll them in breadcrumbs. Arrange them on greased baking paper. Bake for 25 minutes at 200 degrees. Be sure to let them cool before peeling them off the paper. We serve them garnished with fresh salad and garlic sauce “АПЕТИТО”.
If you wish, you can add slightly hot peppers, carrots and onions to the mixture.
